Important! Access to the Dropsuite Portal must ALWAYS be from the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
Access to the Drop-suite Portal is the same across all Dropmyemail subscriptions.
2) Select the ‘Dropmyemail’ tab (ensure the correct subscription is selected under ‘Subscription’)
Note: Drop-suite Portal’s features vary depending on whether you are logging into the portal from the CCP with a backup or archiving subscription.
3) Click the Login to Dropmyemail button
This launches the Drop-suite Portal.
