The following steps must be performed by the Team Administrator.
To enable sign-in from the Customer Control Panel in Odin follow these steps:
1) Open the ‘<company name> invited you to Dropbox Business’ email
2) Click on the ‘Join your team’ link
3) The user name and password are automatically entered, provide your first and last names
4) You will receive a confirmation message and the option to download the desktop version of Dropbox or to go directly to the online version
5) Select the Admin Console option from the left menu
6) The ‘Admin Console’ options open in a new window
7) Select ‘Settings’
8) The Settings > Reseller Support page opens
9) Turn on the ‘Reseller support’ option
10) Click the Apply changes button to confirm
11) Now when you return to the CCP you can see ‘Go to Dropbox Admin Console’ enabled
