When an ESET subscription is placed on hold it prevents any administrative tasks from being performed.
1) Log in to your customer’s control panel
2) Select ‘Billing’
3) Open ‘Subscriptions’ (Operations > Subscriptions)
4) On the ‘Subscriptions’ page select the ESET subscription you want to put on hold
5) The subscription’s details page opens scroll to the bottom and click on the Place on Hold button
