Check the following:
- You have all the correct database credentials
- Confirm that these credentials have all been correctly entered
- If your database is not hosted by Ingram Micro (IM), ensure the 220.127.116.11 IP address has been whitelisted to allow remote access (refer to the article ‘How to: Enable Remote Access to 18.104.22.168 for OSA, cPanel and Plesk Users’)
