Please ensure that all Service Users, to whom you want to assign a seat to, exists in Odin. Click here to learn how to view existing Service Users. If you need to create a new Service User click here or if you know the Service User exists in Odin and you just want to assign a Nomadesk seat for the User click here.
View Existing Service Users
Follow these steps to view existing Service Users:
1) Log in to your Customer’s Control Panel (CCP)
2) Select the ‘Users’ tab
On the ‘Users’ page you can see all the Service Users, under this Customer, that currently exist in Odin.
Create a New Service User
If the Service User, to whom you want to assign a seat to, does not exist in Odin, follow the steps in this section to create a Service User.
1) Log in to your Customer’s Control Panel (CCP)
2) Select the ‘Users’ tab
3) On the ‘Users’ page click the Add New Service User button
4) On the ‘Add New Service User’ page enter all the required fields (indicated by *)
Note: Every Service User must have a unique ‘Email’.
5) (optional) You can assign a Nomadesk seat while creating the new Service User by ticking the check box corresponding to the Nomadesk subscription under ‘Assign Services’
6) Click the Next button
7) Review the new Service User’s information
8) Click the Finish button
You will receive a confirmation message that the Service User has been successfully created in Odin.
Assign a Seat to a Service User
Once you have verified that the Service User exists in Odin follow these instructions to assign a Nomadesk seat to the Service User:
Note: The first Service User assigned a Nomadesk seat is, by default, the Group Manager.
1) Log in to your Customer’s Control Panel (CCP)
2) Select the ‘Nomadesk’ tab
3) On the ‘Nomadesk’ page click on New button
4) On the ‘New Nomadesk User’ page enter all required fields (indicated by *)

1) Enter ‘First Name’; ‘Last Name’ and ‘Language’ 2) Leave this blank (if you want to transfer a User from another Reseller refer to ‘How to: Transfer a User to Another Reseller’) 3) Click on the arrow button to select a Service User |
5) Click the Next button
6) On the ‘Review’ page review the User’s information
7) Click the Finish button
The new Nomadesk User will be listed on the ‘Nomadesk page in the CCP.
