In order to transfer a User from one Reseller to another, a 'Transfer Code' is required. A transfer code is unique to every User. Follow the steps in this article to acquire a transfer code:
1) Log in to the User’s Nomadesk Portal
2) Place your mouse over the User’s name
3) Select ‘Personal Settings’
4) On the ‘Personal Settings’ page click on the ‘Transfer your account to a different partner’ link
5) A pop-up window will provide the ‘Transfer code’
Send this ‘Transfer code’ to the Reseller you are transferring the User to (refer to ‘How to: Transfer a User to another Reseller’).
