Once users install a Norton product on their device(s), this information can be reflected in the Customer’s Control Panel by using the Sync Devices feature.
Note: Your view must be in active mode in order to perform these steps, refer to 'How to: View Users and Toggle Between Classic and Tile View' if you need to switch the view.
1) Log in to the Customer’s Control Panel
2) Select the ‘Norton’ tab
3) Select the ‘Users’ tab
4) Corresponding to the user to whom you want to assign more products to click the Sync Devices option
Once synchronization is complete, the number of active devices will be updated
