From the Reseller Control Panel you can see a real-time status of a SkyKick subscription’s provisioning status.
1) On the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace click the Log IN button
2) (1) Enter your log in credentials and (2) click the Log in button
3) Click the Control Panel button
4) You will be redirected to Reseller's Control Panel and Switch to Classic Panel.
5) Click on Billing link at the right top corner. If the link says Operations, then you are already in the Billing interface and can skip to the next step.
6) From the left side menu bar, select Operations > Subscriptions
7) You will get a search option to find the subscription. On the subscription name field type ‘SkyKick’ and click the Search button.
8) All of your recent SkyKick orders will be listed in a table
Note: You can identify the subscription based on the ‘Account Name’ (customer).
When that ‘Status’ column shows ‘Active’ then the SkyKick subscription has been successfully provisioned. Once the subscription is provisioned check whether the SkyKick subscription requires activation (refer to ‘How to: Mark a SkyKick Subscription as Processed’ to learn how to check if a subscription requires activation).
