Credit Hold status on your resellers account does not affect customers’ services, all active subscriptions keep running. Unfortunately, Marketplace cannot be accessed and new orders cannot be placed. You can log in directly to Control Panel at any time, review your financial documents and submit a payment. Once overdue invoices are paid, your account will be released automatically.
