1) Log in to your Customer’s Control Panel (CCP)
2) Select the ‘Account’ tab
3) On the ‘Account’ page select ‘Subscriptions’
4) On the ‘Subscription Management’ page select the Nomadesk subscription you want to cancel
5) The Nomadesk subscription opens to the ‘General’ tab where you can click on the Cancel Subscription button
6) Enter the required fields (indicated by *) and then click the Next button
7) Review the order information and details; then click the Place Order button
8) You will receive a confirmation message
9) Initially the ‘Order Status’ is ‘New’ but once done the status changes to ‘Completed’
10) Click the Exit Wizard button
The Reseller will receive a notification that the subscription has been cancelled by the Customer. To complete the cancellation the Reseller will need to approve the cancellation order (refer to ‘Processing a Customer’s Subscription Cancellation’).
