Mozy subscriptions are available on Ingram Micro’s Cloud Marketplace under CLOUD SERVICES > INFRASTRUCTURE.
Re-sellers must be a Mozy Partner in order to sell Mozy service plans (refer to ‘How to: Become a Mozy Partner (RCP)’ for step-by-step instructions). This Partnership is offered through a free subscription available on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. This free subscription provides Mozy Partners with a bird’s eye view of your Customer’s Mozy subscriptions and access to the Mozy Portal from the Re-seller's Customer Control Panel.
The Mozy Backup service plan (for Customers) allows you to purchase storage space in increments of 1GB. Click the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the amount of storage space you want to purchase.

Then select the amount of required storage space for Desktops and/or Servers
Once Customers have assigned licenses to Users (performed in the Customer Control Panel), Users will receive a welcome email with links to download the Mozy Installer and a unique activation key.
Canceling Your Mozy Subscription
Important! If a Reseller cancels the Mozy Partner subscription, each Customer’s subscription will have to be cancelled manually. Once a Re-seller's subscription has been cancelled, Customers’ subscriptions will not work. In this case, a message will be displayed in the Customer Control Panel, informing the Customer that the Mozy Partner (Re-seller) has cancelled the subscription.
