Note: Your view must be in active mode in order to perform these steps, refer to 'How to: View Users and Toggle between Classic and Tile Views' if you need to switch the view.
1) Log in to the Customer’s Control Panel
2) Select the ‘Norton’ tab
3) Select the ‘Users’ tab
4) Corresponding to the user for whom you want to unassign a product, click the Unassign Seat option
IMPORTANT! Please note that if the user is assigned to only one Norton product, the user will be deleted from Odin when you unassign the product.
5) If there is an add-on option associated with the product, select the add-on corresponding to the product (identifiable by the SKU column – the product and the add-on will have the same SKU) if there are no add-ons associated with the product skip straight to Step 7
6) Click the Delete button
7) Select the product you want unassign
8) Click the Delete button
