Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security is a single, hosted security solution that protects multiple devices from viruses, data theft, risky and inappropriate websites, malicious Wi-Fi connections, and malware.
This starter guide contains the instructions required to get your Worry-Free Business Security subscription up and running. The guide assumes that you have already purchased a subscription in the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. Please click here if you need step-by-step instructions for purchasing a subscription on the Marketplace.
This guide covers the first three main steps for setting up your Worry-Free Business Security:
Step 1: Discover the Trend Micro Service tab
1) Log in to the Customer Control Panel and select your Trend Micro subscription from the drop-down menu at the top right-hand side of the page.
2) Navigate to the Trend Micro Service tab.
You should familiarize yourself with this tab, as it contains important information and buttons for downloading the Security Agent and open the Security Server web console. Below, the components of the Trend Micro Service tab are explained in more detail.
Login Name: Administrators use this name to log in to the Security Server web console at https://login.trendmicro.com. The first time you log in, use the forgot password link to reset your temporary password. (See number 5 for an easier way to log in).
Seats: Here you can see the number of seats that you have purchased with your subscription. Extra seats can be purchased as additional resources by following the instructions in this article.
Activation Code: Be sure to understand where to find this code. It is required for some methods of installation of the Security Agent.
Download: Use this link to download the Security Agent to your device. Further instructions for downloading the agent are included below.
Open Console: Use this button to log in to the Security Server web console using single sign on. This option is quicker than logging in through the web console URL above.
Step 2: Download and Install the Security Agent
Now that you are familiar with the Trend Micro Services tab within the customer control panel, you can download and install the Trend Micro Security Agent. We recommend that you log in to the Customer Control Panel from each device and download the Agent. If you require a more efficient installation method as the administrator of a larger network, you can find instructions for other deployment methods here.
Note that for installation to iOS devices, you must upload your valid APNs certificate before you can install the Agent. See this article for more information and instructions.
Follow these instructions to download and install the Security Agent.
1) Log in to the Customer Control Panel, select your Trend Micro subscription from the drop-down menu at the top, right-hand side of the page.
2) Navigate to the Trend Micro Service tab and click on Download.
The download center opens in a new tab.
3) Click Download in the new browser tab.

Step 3: Log in to the Trend Micro Security Console
The Trend Micro Security Console is the administration center for your Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security Services. This is where you can manage all functions such as scans, rules, and reports for all of your devices that have the Security Agent installed.
The easiest way to log in to the Security Console is to use the single sign on button in the Customer Control Panel. When you click this button, you will be automatically logged in to the Security Console without having to enter your login and password.
Below is a screenshot of the Security Console. You will find extensive documentation about the use of the console in the Help tab within the console.
