This document will provide you with necessary information about How to Check Provisioning Status of the Order.
You can begin using your IDSync product once provisioning is complete. Follow the steps in this article to check provisioning status.
NOTE: To Enable Classic View of 'My Subscription' Tab, please contact to Ingram Micro Support at IMCloudServiceDesk@cloud.im .
1) Log in to your Re-seller Control Panel. Switch to Classic Panel.
2) Click ‘My Subscriptions’ from the top menu options
3) On the Re-seller's Customer Control Panel, ensure your IDSync subscription is selected under ‘Subscription’
4) Select the ‘Account’ tab
5) On the ‘Account’ page select ‘Subscriptions’
6) On the ‘Subscription Management’ page you can see all your subscriptions and the status of each
Note: A subscription with the ‘Service Status’ Running can follow the steps to download and install the client installation.
Once the IDsync subscription has been provisioned you can do one of the following:
- View licensing information
- Download client install
- Access Gateway credentials
- Purchase additional licenses
- Renew subscriptions
