Note: This option is only available for Users or Admins who have not accepted their invitation yet.
Follow the instructions in this article to resend the Welcome Email:
2) Select the Dropbox subscription from the left-side menu options (if the Customer has multiple Dropbox subscriptions each can be identified by their subscription ID number)
3) On the ‘Dropbox’ page, scroll down to the ‘Users’ section
4) Click on ACTIONS > ‘Resend Welcome Email’, corresponding to the User you want to resend the welcome email to
5) Confirm that you want to resend the Welcome Email by clicking on the RESEND button
6) You will receive a confirmation message
