2) Select Users from the left-side menu
3) Click the name of the User whose password you want to reset
4) Click the RESET PASSWORD option
5) A pop-up windows informs that the User will receive an email inviting them to change their password
6) Click the OK button
The User will now be in a Not Activated state.
The User will receive an email and can use the link in the email to access ‘myCP’. Users will be required to reset the password before logging in. Customers can continue to access the User’s control panel from CCP after activating the User.
