You can assign a service to a User either when creating the User or to an existing User. This article describes how to assign a service to an existing User.
Note: Some services require Users to be assigned licenses from within the Vendor’s portal, you can learn more by reading the respective product’s starter guide.
1) Log in to your Customer Control Panel (CCP)
2) Select Users from the left-side menu
3) On the ‘Users’ page, select a User
4) On the ‘<user name>’ scroll down to the ‘User Services’ section
5) Click the ASSIGN SERVICE option
6) Review the information that will associate the User with the service and then click the Finish button
7) The ‘Users’ page is updated with the newly assigned service(s) listed under the ‘SERVICES ASSIGNED’ column for each User
