ENABLING LYNC FOR YOUR USERS
Lync service needs to be enabled for each of your users in order for them to be able to use it. This can be done when creating your users, but if you did not add it when you were creating them, you can also do it manually later. DOWNLOADING AND CONFIGURING THE LYNC CLIENT
Once Lync service is enabled for all of your service users who will be using it, they will need to download and configure the Lync client.
