Note: In order to Download IDSync client from reseller control panel, you need to Enable Classic View of 'My Subscription' Tab, please contact to Ingram Micro Support at IMCloudServiceDesk@cloud.im .
1) Log in to your Reseller Control Panel
2) Click ‘My Subscriptions’ from the top menu options
3) On the Reseller’s Customer Control Panel, ensure your IDSync subscription is selected under ‘Subscription’
4) Select the ‘IDSync’ tab
5) Under the ‘Configuration’ tab click the Begin IDSync Client Download button
If download does not begin automatically, it is recommended that you get in touch with IDSync’s Support.
Once download is complete you can use the ‘Customer Name’ and ‘Customer License Number’ to initialize installation.
