This document will provide you information about ‘How to Review a Customer’s Invoices.’
Ingram Micro Cloud resellers use the Reseller Control Panel to manage all of their customers’ accounts. This includes reviewing invoices and other financial documents.
Follow the steps below to review a customer’s invoices.
1) Log in to the Reseller Control Panel. Switch to Classic Panel.
2) Click the Billing link on the top, right-hand side of the page. If the link says Operations, you do not need to click it.
3) Click on Customers in the left-hand menu.
4) Click the Account Name for the appropriate customer.
5) Navigate to the Documents tab.
6) Use the search fields at the top of the page to filter the results as required.
