Can a reseller buy Office 365(-like) subscription for their own account?
Can a reseller buy a service in UX1 that allows them to resell, i.e. IDSync, Amazon for Resellers, Acronis Tiers?
Can a reseller manage own subscriptions in UX1?
Not yet. Reseller cannot manage own subscriptions through UX1, this feature is planned to be delivered in upcoming UX1 Release (Platform 8.0).
What if Reseller wants to cancel subscription or upgrade / downgrade it in the meantime?
In such cases, Reseller has to contact support team.
Support team can manage Reseller's Subscription through Classic Panel with using Provider's permissions.
Can a reseller manage their Azure reseller service?
They can. This capability is currently avail in Classic Panel.
Can a reseller manage their Dropbox service?
They can, including login to portal capability if a subscription is bought for an end-customer.
Can a reseller manage their Cisco Umbrella service?
Can a reseller manage their IDSync service? What to do, if they cannot?
