This document will provide you with necessary information about how to cancel a failed order.
If any order failed to provision due to any reason and you want to cancel that order, so please follow below process.
- Login to Ingram Micro Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel
- Click on the Billing at the top right corner (and make it Operations) and then click on the Orders at left side menu.
- Click on the failed order to open it from the list.
- Click on the Cancel Order button to cancel the order.
NOTE: Once the order will be cancelled, it cannot be reverted.
