How do I add a payment method?
- UX1 allows to set up Online Payment Method in Account > Payment Methods menu
- Payment method can be also added when paying a document
Note.Current version of UX1 does not allow to specify the Payment method on Order Review Step, Payment has to be configured in advance.
How can i ensure that my invoices are paid using my credit card automatically?
You may want to go to Payment methods under your Account and mark your payment method (credit card for those not on Terms) with "use for automatic payments" to ensure invoices are paid using this method.
Does UX1 support ACH Payment Method / Direct Debit Payment method (IMCDocData)?
No, it does not. These payment methods management is avail in Classic Panel.
How to use Automatic payment management in UX1?
We have two options, which depend on type of reseller account: 1) on Terms and 2) those who use Credit cards.
1) Resellers on terms can now add a "backup" credit card using Automatic Payment configuration.
Once added, this CC will be used to paid an order, if a reseller's balance is not sufficient to complete a purchase.
only credit card should be added, if required. Other payment methods are avail right now, which will be fixed in scope of upcoming platform version.
2) Reseller using CC by default do not have this capability to manage automatic payments.
Default payment method is going to be set up.
Visibility is controlled by "Show Auto TopUp Button in UX1" privilege.
What if Payment method button is not shown for a Reseller?
