Symantec Reseller ID may not be activated.
- Login to the Reseller Control Panel, review the My Sep section of the control panel and make sure they have activated their Symantec reseller ID.
- Verify the partner has an Active Marketplace Account.
- Login to the Reseller Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel.
- Click on Billing at the top right corner.
- Select My SEP Cloud on the left side of the menu.
- Select the available option by selecting the radio button and Click on Activate.
