Once you have completed the purchase process on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, you can check whether your Customer’s Dropmyemail subscription has been successfully provisioned.
Follow the steps detailed in this article:
1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel. Switch to Classic Panel.
2. Make sure you are in the Billing interface by clicking Billing at the top, right-hand side of the page. If this link says Operations, then you are already in the Billing interface.
3. Click on Customers on left side of the menu.
4. On the ‘Customers’ page select your Customer (if required you can use the searchfeature)
5. On the ‘Account #<account number> <Customer Name>’ page select the Subscriptions tab
6. Under ‘Subscriptions’ find your Customer’s Dropmyemail subscription - provisioned subscriptions will have the status ‘Active’
