FAQ - How long does the upgrade take?
- Once the upgrade order is successfully completed, the VAR or Customer should be able to access the SEP Cloud console.
- The admin can control when the endpoints begin to upgrade. Timing of the endpoint upgrade depends on the schedule as defined by the admin in the System Policies.
- Admins also have the ability to send an “Upgrade Now” command to devices giving them further control of exactly when devices to upgrade.
