If you have raised a request with Ingram Micro and want to know the status of the case or the history of the opened cases. Please follow below process to view the status of a case.
- Login to Ingram Micro Help Center at https://kb.cloud.im
- Provide your Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace credentials to Sign in.
- Once you Signed in, click on Your Name > My activities at the top right corner.
- You will get the list of the cases opened with us with Ticket ID, Creation time and Ticket Status.
- You can also check the requests you are Cc’d on.
- You can add comment to the case / request right there from the portal.
