If your customer does not want to continue SEP Cloud Subscription, so you can stop this service by cancelling the subscription. Please follow below steps to cancel a SEP Cloud subscription from Customer Control Panel.
- Login to your Customer Control Panel.
- Scroll down and click on Account at left hand menu.
- Click on Subscriptions under Account
- Select your SEP Cloud subscription from list of subscriptions.
- Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- Select the Reason for Cancellation, provide your comment and click on PROCEED.
- Once the Cancellation request is submitted, go to your Reseller Control Panel and process the cancellation request.
