The Customer Control Panel provides information such as Trend Micro Chat Support hours; Support phone number and links to the Trend Micro knowledge base and regional corporate chat support.
- Login to customer control panel
- Click Trend Micro HES on the left side menu option
- Trend Micro Cloud App Security’ page, scroll down to the ‘SUPPORT INFORMATION’ tile and view or use the support information there
- If you click website, you will be redirected to support landing page.
- If you click Chat, you will be redirected to chat support landing page. Fill the required fields and click start chat
