Now you get the option to change the subscription plan, resource, billing of the subscription from the Unified Reseller Control Panel.
NOTE: This is subscription specific option, so process and options varies from the product to product.

How Do I Change the Customers’ Subscription?
- Once you are at Unified Control Panel. Navigate to Customers > Subscriptions.
- Now select the subscription you want to make changes by clicking on it. (You can also use the search option to find the subscription)
- Here you will see the customer’s subscription information.
- Click on the CHANGE button at the top right corner.
- Make the changes to the subscription (g. – change resource limit, billing cycle, change of subscription plan, etc.) and click on the NEXT.
- Confirm your changes into the order and click on the CONFIRM to place the order.
- The changes will be applied once the Change Order will be provisioned.
