If you have cancelled the license(s) of your SEP Cloud subscription and want to repurchase the license(s):
- Let the Cancellation Order get completed.
- Wait for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the new order to update the resource limits.
- Example: You purchased the licenses at 12:40 PM and cancelled (mistakenly) at 12:45 PM, so place the new order at or after 1:00 PM.
If you don’t wait, the order will fail to provision.
