- Login to the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace at https://xx.cloud.im (Where xx = two-letter country code for your marketplace site)
- Click on the CONTROL PANEL button on the blue ribbon. It will redirect you to the new Reseller Control Panel.
- Now click on the BROWSE in the Marketplace tile.
- Click on the BUY NOW on the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud tile in Top Selling Services.
- You will see the various plans, select the desired plan by clicking on ADD TO CART.
- Scroll up and click on the Cart icon on the screen
- Review the details of the selected subscription and click on the NEXT button.
- Select the Add New Customer for adding a new customer account for this subscription.
- Fill the Customer information in the form and click on the CREATE CUSTOMER button at the bottom.
- You will get a notification at the top right corner. Check your Symantec Reseller ID Information and click on NEXT.
- Review your order details, check the box for terms and conditions and click on BUY to place the order.
- Your order will be placed and you will get an order number.
