Creating Your Ingram Micro Cloud Reseller Account
The first important step in becoming an Ingram Micro Cloud Solutions Reseller is to set up your Cloud Reseller Account, which gives you access to your Reseller Control Panel. Your account is created when you place your first order through the Cloud Marketplace. See the link below for detailed instructions on how to create your reseller account.

Setting Up Your Reseller Control Panel
Once you create your reseller account by placing your first order, you will have access to your Reseller Control Panel. You should follow the six steps below to make sure that your RCP is customized and set up, before you place any customer orders.

Once you have completed the four steps above, you are ready to begin placing orders for your end customers’ subscriptions.
Placing Customer Orders
The easiest way to place orders for your end customers is through the Cloud Marketplace. You used the Marketplace to create your Ingram Micro Cloud Reseller Account – if you need instructions on setting up your account, please see that link.
Now that your account has been set up, you will need to know how to place further orders. As a reminder, signing up existing end customers for additional services is optional – instead, you can direct them to sign up using their Customer Control Panel. See this article for instructions.

Customer Control Panel
The Customer Control Panel is a rich tool to help you and your end customers manage the products and services offered at the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. You should have an understanding of how to use the Customer Control Panel so that you can assist your end customers with using the solutions.

We recommend that you do not grant your end customers full access to the Customer Control Panel, but rather that you create an admin user with access to everything but financial documents and ordering. This will allow you to more easily keep track of your customers’ orders and bill them accordingly. See the link below for a step-by-step guide to set up the new admin user.
