Ingram Micro Cloud announces an update to the Go-to-Market Hub. This update will give early access to new and enhanced features for the most efficient experience available to date. As of November 2020, these updates are now available in all countries.

New Features and Improvements

New: Multiple Marketing Campaigns

Multiple marketing campaigns give you the ability to nurture your leads along with additional emails, social media posts and ad banners. If vendors choose to provide them, you will find multiple marketing campaigns for products. Each campaign will include the following tactics:

  • Landing page
  • Ad banners (up to 4 different sizes)
  • Email templates (up to 10)
  • Social media posts (unlimited)

 

To run a marketing campaign, choose the campaign by clicking on the “Activate” button then name the marketing campaign,

New: My Campaigns Page

After activating and naming a campaign, you will find the campaign listed on the new My Campaigns page.

The My Campaigns page provides a summary view of all marketing campaigns that users in your organization have activated and named. It will display a list of all active and inactive marketing campaigns. Quickly access a campaign in My Campaigns to access reports as well as edit, schedule or activate other tactics in the future.

New: 1300x375 Banner Ad

Banner ads help you to promote products to your customers and prospects. The new 1300x375 banner size was created specifically for those who have activated the White-Label Marketplace, a new feature that was introduced as part of Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace in August.

Several vendors have started providing this new banner (Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics and more). Download the 1300x375 banner and post it in your White-Label Marketplace to build awareness and generate leads for products in your portfolio.

Enhanced feature: Marketing Campaign Activation

Marketing campaign pages now have a step by step guide for campaign activation. Succeeding steps are unlocked as you finish the previous step. Follow these steps to enable and schedule tactics.: 

  • Step 1: Set up and activate the landing page
  • Step 2: Drive traffic by setting up and scheduling tactics
  • Step 3: Review the schedule for the tactics you scheduled in Step 2
  • Step 4: Activate the campaign

Enhanced feature: Product Playbook Catalog Favorites, Sort and Filter

Navigating the Product Playbook Catalog is now easier than ever. You now have the ability to mark your favorite products for one click filtering. The list of featured products are now easily visible on the catalog screen—you no longer need to scroll the carousel to view the list. In addition to viewing the product catalog list alphabetically or by recommended, you can now quickly identify the newest and updated products by an added sort option: “Recently Added”.
