To import your customers to Reseller Marketplace from ConnectWise using the customer import wizard, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to the system using your Reseller Marketplace credentials.
  2. To access ConnectWise, click PSA Integrations.
  3. On the ConnectWise tile, click Manage to enter your dashboard.
  4. On the dashboard, click the gear icon and select Mapping.

  1. In the Customer mapping screen, click Import Customers.

  1. In the customer import wizard, you can import customers individually (see Step 7), or in bulk by clicking Import All.
Note: Bulk customer import is performed only for those customers whose profiles are filled out completely. Otherwise, you need to import customers individually.
  1. To import customers individually, click Import, then fill out all required profile details and click Import again.

During the importing operation, your customers are mapped automatically.

Mapping Customers

There are three ways to link your customers between Reseller Marketplace and ConnectWise:

  • Through the subscription synchronization wizard, during subscription synchronizing.
  • Through the customer import wizard, automatically.
  • Through the Customer mapping screen.

To link your customers using the Customer mapping screen, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to the system using your Reseller Marketplace credentials.
  2. To access ConnectWise, click PSA Integrations.
  3. On the ConnectWise tile, click Manage to enter your dashboard.
  4. On the dashboard, click the gear icon and select Mapping.

      5. In the Customer mapping screen, select a customer you want to link from a drop-down box.

You can unlink a customer by selecting them and clicking Unmap.
