This article provides a step by step navigation on how to view or download your invoices or other financial documents (Credit memo& Debit memo) from your Reseller Control Panel.

1. Log on to the Cloud Marketplace and Navigate to your Control Panel.

2. Select the Account menu option in the left navigation bar.

3. Then select Orders and Invoices .

4. On Orders and Invoices page, scroll down to view all outstanding/unpaid invoices.

5. To view the list of all invoices and Financial Documents and it’s status, click on VIEW INVOICE HISTORY

6. To view specific information of an invoice or document, click the “Document Number”

7. To check for “Attached Payments”, scroll down to the bottom of the document page

8. To download an invoice or document, click the “DOWNLOAD INVOICE” button at the upper left side of the document page.

9.  Click “Save” to store document.

10. For NET Terms account, you may check the payment details available at the bottom of the Invoice just below Document Total.
