This article will provide you with the necessary information about adding ACH/Direct Debit as a payment method.

Note: This article is applicable for only ACH (For USA) and Direct Debit (Eurozone countries) as a payment method.

Follow the below processes as per your country zone.

  1. How to Setup ACH as a Payment Method - Available for the US only 
  2. How to Setup Direct Debit as a Payment MethodDirect Debit is only available for Eurozone countries in Europe (where the euro is the official currency)

How to Setup ACH as a Payment Method

  1. Login to Ingram Micro Reseller Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel.
  2. Click on Billing at the top right corner to move into billing mode.

  1. On the left side, menu navigate System > My Reseller Status at the bottom.

  1. Click on the Payment Method tab and click on Add New Payment Method.

  1. Fill the form with correct information and click on Save.

  1. Once you have completed the setup, you will be able to use this payment method for your future transactions and purchases.

How to Add Direct Debit as a Payment Method

  1. Login to Ingram Micro Reseller Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel.
  2. Click on Billing at the top right corner to move into billing mode.

  1. On the left side, menu navigate System > My Reseller Status at the bottom.

  1. Click on the Payment Method tab and click on Add New Payment Method.

  1. Fill the form with correct information and click on Save.

  1. Once you have input the data and finished the setup, an email with an e-mandate will be sent. Resellers must present it signed to their bank either in an electronic way or as a physical document, depending on the bank requirements.
