This document will provide you necessary information about how to create a new customer account in the new reseller control panel.


  1. Login to Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace and click on CONTROL PANEL.
  2. Click on Customers in the left hand menu.


  1. You will get the list of the existing customers. Click on ADD NEW CUSTOMER.



  1. Select Business Account and fill the details of the customer in the form. Click on



  1. Once the account will be created, you will be able to see and place the orders for the new customer.
