You can place the Cancellation Order from your Reseller Control Panel, but cannot complete it anymore. As you place the Subscription Cancellation Order, you will be contacted by one of our Sales Representatives within one Business day (except on Holidays and Weekends). They will help you with further procedures.
Follow the below steps to place the Subscription cancellation request.
- Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
- Click on the Customers from the left panel.
- You will see the list of the existing subscriptions with the Customer Account Names, select the subscription by clicking on it.
- You will see the subscription details, click on the ellipsis (three dots), and then the Cancel Subscription button.
- Provide your comment and click on the CONFIRM button.
- Click on the TRACK ORDER button to check the status of the Order.
- You will see the status as PENDING APPROVAL.
- One of our Local Sales Representatives will contact you within one Business Day except on Holidays/ Weekends in order to approve your cancellation request.
