If you have raised a request with Ingram Micro and want to know the status of the support ticket or the history of the opened support tickets. Please follow below process to view the status of a support ticket.


  1. Login to Ingram Micro Help Center at https://kb.cloud.im

  2. Provide your Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace credentials to Sign in.

  3. Once you Signed in, click on Your Name > My activities at the top right corner.

  4. You will get the list of cases opened with Ticket ID, Creation time and Ticket Status.

  5. You can also check the requests you are Cc’d on.

  6. You can add comment to the case / request right there from the portal.
