18 How to sign up on the self service portal to submit a support ticket

- To access to the portal, click here – https://kb.cloud.im/hc.
- Click on Sign – in, to either Sign in (if you have credentials) or to Sign Up (for a new account). A window will pop – up.
- Go to the bottom of Sign – in window, you’ll see “Sign Up” link. Click on Sign – up to get registered.
- A New pop – up window will open, with the fields as –
- Your Full Name – Please fill in your full name
- Your Email – Please fill in the company/your email address. A welcome email will be sent on this email ID.
- After filling up all the details, click on “I’m not Robot” option to verify you are not a Bot/Robot. A verify window will open with the instructions.
- Read the instructions and response accordingly to verify and click on VERIFY.
- Once you’re verified, click on Sign – up.
- After clicking on Sign – up, you’ll get a confirmation message.
- You’ll get the verification link to create the password. Go to your email address, search for the email address and click on the link.
- After clicking on the link, it’ll redirect you to the Ingram portal to choose a secret password.
- Choose a password with below requirements –
- It must be at least 5 characters long
- It must be different from the email address.
- Click on Set Password
- You’ll be logged – in and you’ll see your name right on TOP – RIGHT Side of the screen..
