- You can easily go to Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace by entering the URL https://xx.cloud.im (xx would be your two letter country code, g. US, CA, UK, ME, etc.)
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the link for the Knowledge Base Portal
Or simply you can log on to https://kb.cloud.im.
- To submit a request related to any issue, please click on Submit a request at the top right corner.
- You will get variety of option to submit a request related to your concern. We would recommend to select correct / best matched option to the concern for fast resolution.
- You can use the search option to find more solutions for your query / concern.
- We also offer you Recommended Help Topics to zero down the efforts.
