  Process

  1. You can easily go to Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace by entering the URL https://xx.cloud.im (xx would be your two letter country code, g. US, CA, UK, ME, etc.)
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to  find the link for the Knowledge Base Portal

    Or simply you can log on to https://kb.cloud.im.


  3. To submit a request related to any issue, please click on Submit a request at the top right corner.

  4. You will get variety of option to submit a request related to your concern. We would recommend to select correct / best matched option to the concern for fast resolution.

  5. You can use the search option to find more solutions for your query / concern.

  6. We also offer you Recommended Help Topics to zero down the efforts.

  7. Once you click on a category, you will get a form to submit the detailed information about your issue / concern and submit the request. (Fields marked with * are mandatory).

  8. We would request to raise a request with your registered email address.
