Objective

You can now view and manage the customers’ orders in the new Unified Control Panel. It allows you to search and view the orders by:

  • Customer Type
  • Order Type
  • Status Type
  1. Log into your Reseller Control Panel.

  1. Click on Customers

  1. Here you will see the three options in the Customers sections: Subscriptions, Orders and Customers. Select the Orders

  1. You will see the list of the customer’s orders.

  1. Click in the Search box and type the Order number in order to search the specific order.

  1. From that Order search, click on the order to view the details.

  1. You can also set the filter to your search results by: Customer Type, Order Type and Status.

 

By clicking on the CUSTOMER TYPE you will see a dropdown menu allowing you to select from the order options: End Customer, Reseller or Direct Only

Once an option is selected, click on APPLY to show the results as per the customer type.

By clicking on the ORDER TYPE you will see a dropdown menu allowing you to select from the order options: Sales Order, Change Order, Renewal Order or Cancellation Order.

Once an option is selected, click on APPLY to show the results as per the order type.

By clicking on the STATUS you will see a dropdown menu allowing you to select from the order options: Processing, Pending Approval, Canceled, Completed or Unpaid.

Once an option is selected, click on APPLY to show the results as per the status.
