Credit Hold status on your resellers account does not affect customers’ services, all active subscriptions keep running. Unfortunately, new orders/ renewal orders will fail to provision. However, you can place the new orders. You can log in directly to Control Panel at any time, review your financial documents and submit a payment. Once overdue invoices are paid, your account will be released automatically.
