New features and improvements that are available in August 2020
New feature: White-Label Marketplace
Partners can now enable and configure your own marketplace to allow your end-customers to self-serve and make purchases. The White-Label Marketplace has the same look and feel as the in-panel Marketplace that the reseller partners use to purchase products. Partners can enable the products, banners, promos and cross-sell features that you want your customers to have access to in your White-Label Marketplace.
For steps on how to enable your White-Label Marketplace, read the article on How to activate and configure your White-Label Marketplace or watch the demo video.
New feature: Cross-sell opportunities
Partners can now configure the cross-sell feature to build suggested or recommended offers for your customers in your White-Label Marketplace.
New feature: Print a quote to PDF
Partners can now add products to your cart and export as a PDF file to share as a quote with your customers. You may select the columns that you want to display in the PDF.
New feature: Add a credit card during checkout
When purchasing on behalf of your customers, partners can now choose a credit card to be used for automatic payment by default. Orders will automatically be paid using the default payment method at the time the order is processed. On invoice due date, outstanding invoices will automatically be charged using the default payment method.
New feature: Invoices are grouped and sorted by customers and associated subscriptions
For more convenient reconciliation, invoices formatted in PDF are now aggregated by customers first and then by their subscriptions and detail information as follows:
- Customers are sorted alphabetically
- Subscriptions are grouped by customer
