Effective from January 1st, 2018 Ingram Micro will no longer accept credit card payments from Resellers on Net Terms.


The following are effective immediately:

1) Resellers can no longer add new credit cards to their account.

2) Existing credit cards may be used for making payments until the end of 2017.

3) Resellers that wish to continue using credit cards for payments after January 1st, 2018 can switch from Net Terms to Pre-Paid Terms. Please contact the Cloud Billing Team to switch your account to Pre-Paid Terms.

4) Resellers on Net Terms should be aware that switching to Pre-Paid Terms means invoices will be raised on a daily basis (no consolidated invoicing).

Resellers that wish to remain on Net terms must from January 1st, 2018 onwards make payments through check (US), ACH (US), SEP (Europe), Direct Debit, or any other supported payment method (refer to ‘What payment methods are available for submitting payments for invoices?' for a comprehensive list of regionally supported payment methods).
