This document will provide you information about ‘How Process a Customer’s Subscription Cancellation.’
- When a customer cancels a subscription through the Customer Control Panel, their reseller receives a notification email that contains the cancellation order information.
- Resellers must finalize the cancellation by opening the order in their Reseller Control Panel.
- Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
- Click on the Customers from the left panel.
- You will see the list of the existing subscriptions with the Customer Account Names, select the subscription by clicking on it.
- You will see the subscription details, click on the ellipsis (three dots), and then the Cancel Subscription button.
- Provide your comment and click on the CONFIRM button.
- Click on the TRACK ORDER button to check the status of the Order.
- You will see the status as PENDING APPROVAL.
- One of our Sales Representatives will contact you within one Business Day except on Holidays/ Weekends.
