Overview

This article will provide you information about ‘Phone Number Regex Validation for Existing Customer’ through Unified Reseller Control Panel.

• As an Ingram Micro Cloud Hosted Solutions Reseller, you will be responsible for providing level one support to your end customers.
• As such, you may need to log in to their Customer Control Panel to be able to provide this support. If you are managing your customers’ solutions, you will need to do some configuration and management from within the Customer Control Panel.
• The instructions below explain how to navigate to the Customer Control Panel to make the necessary changes.

Process

1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel

2. Click on the “Customers” tab

3. Now select Customers tab from the Customer menu.

4. Here you will see the full list of your customers. Select the customer you want to add the Phone Number by using the Show Search button or simply clicking on it from the list. 

5. Click on ‘EDIT’ of the Account Settings.

6. Edit the customer's phone number and save the information.
