Process

How to View a Product SKU: 

Vendor SKUs are included as part of the build for service plans.  This information can be viewed by following the steps listed below.

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel. Switch to Classic Panel.

 

  1. Switch over to the ‘Billing’ side.

 

  1. Then click on the ‘Service Plans’ link under the ‘Products’ section.

 

  1. Use the search tool to locate the O365 service plan you want to view the SKU (ex: Office 365 Business Essentials)

 

  1. Click on the ‘Subscriptions Period’ tab.

 

  1. Initially this view does not show the SKU for the product. To make the SKU visible click on the ‘Select Columns’ link.

 

  1. Select the ‘Recurring SKU’ option and then click ‘Save’.

 

  1. The SKU is then visible.

 

How to Add Product SKUs to Billing Reports:

Product SKUs can be added into the on-demand and periodic Billing Reports. The following steps will guide you through the process of including this information into your reports.

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel. Switch to Classic Panel.

  1. Click on Billing at the top right corner to switch to Billing mode.

 

  1. Navigate to Application > Billing Data Export.

 

  1. Click on Add New Report or Add Periodic Report.

 

  1. Select a report type.

 

  1. Fill the required details and
    • Scroll down and select the SKU from Selected Columns;
    • Click on ‘<<’ button;
    • Click on Create.
