This article will provide you with necessary information about how to cancel a failed order.

If any order failed to provision due to any reason and you want to cancel that order, so please follow below process.


  1. Login to Ingram Micro Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel
  2. Click on the Billing at the top right corner (and make it Operations) and then click on the Orders at left side menu.


  1. Click on the failed order to open it from the list.


  1. Click on the Cancel Order button to cancel the order.



NOTE: Once the order will be cancelled, it cannot be reverted.
